Products are offered for delivery to customers within the lower of the 48 States of the United States through USPS, UPS, FedEx and special freight companies for special items. Please take notice that we do not offer shipping to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands, Virgin Islands or Washington D.C. 

Order Confirmation:

You will receive an order confirmation email after your order is successfully placed. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we will automatically reach out to our supplier(s) to confirm that your product is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and will reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3-5 business days), we will process the charges and will submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock, we process the charges to your credit card and it will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of your purchase, exceptions may apply. If your product is not in stock through a local distribution center, it may be shipped directly from the manufacturer through international means. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Delivery can be expected within 5-7 days after you receive the tracking number. If you do not receive the tracking information from us within 5 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@3dprinters2u.com, or by calling (888) 230-9499.

If you choose a free shipping option, delivery times are estimated within 8-10 days after purchase, under most circumstances.

We offer shipping to customers within the lower of the 48 States of the United States only and international shipping options are not available. We do not offer shipping to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands, Virgin Islands or Washington D.C.

Title and Risk of Loss:

Title to all products supplied hereunder shall pass to the customer when delivered by the carrier and thereafter, except as otherwise specifically provided herein, all risk of loss and/or damage to any products ordered hereunder shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Inspection by the customer for claims of damage in transit:

Customer shall carefully examine all deliveries of Products made hereunder and within five (5) days of receipt notify 3D Printers 2 U of any alleged error, shortage, defect or non-conformity of any such Products. Any failure by Customer to examine and report shall constitute a waiver of any claim or right of Customer against 3D Printers 2 U arising hereunder or by law with respect to any such error, shortage, defect or non-conformity reasonably discoverable by such examination. Any and all claims by Customer for damage or loss in transit shall be made by Customer against the shipping carrier directly.

Financing and flexible payment options for all products valued at $125.00-$17,500.00 are available through Shop Pay or Klarna. Financing is subject to prior approval by Shop Pay or Klarna, separately and individually. To apply for financing, please follow the steps as outlined while viewing at the product checkout. You will then be directed to complete a secured application for Shop Pay, or Klarna for completion of the check-out process. Returns

All products purchased through our online store contain a 30-day return policy. After the expiration of 30-days after your purchase, we are not able to offer you a refund or exchange for the product.

To be eligible for a return within 30-days, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be unopened and in the original packaging. Samples and Gift Cards are not subject to this exchange and return policy.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, both outbound and return shipping, associated with the Product order (in other words, even if your order arrived with free shipping, if you want to return it you still have to pay the associated outbound shipping fee).

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You must contact 3D Printers 2 U for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) by emailing us at returns@3dprinters2u.com, or by calling (888) 230-9499. Any returns received without an RAN will be refused.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer of your product.

Unauthorized return

Any return made by a customer without a written RAN  from the seller or vendor will be considered an unauthorized return (“Unauthorized Return”). Unauthorized Returns will not be subject to a refund or credit by 3D Printers 2 U.

Refunds

Once your returned product(s) are received and inspected, we will send you confirmation by email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection decision relating to your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days after approval, and a credit will automatically be applied back to the original method of payment, within the guidelines and time frame applicable to your credit card.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 14 days, please double check your bank account, or credit card statement. We also recommended contacting your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to officially post to your account

Sale items

Only items purchased at the regular price may be returned for a full refund, unfortunately, items purchased on sale, or through an active promotion cannot be returned. This applies to all cancellation and refund policies of 3D Printers 2 U.

Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged, upon delivery, or for an identifiable product defect. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email to returns@3dprinters2u.com, or call (888) 230-9499 and

Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer directly.

Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift and was shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item was purchased as a gift, but wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver directly and they will be made aware of your returned item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, in the event that the return shipping was instigated by 3D Printers 2 U. Otherwise, it is recommended to initiate your own return shipping.

Depending on the State where you live, the shipping times for your exchanged product may vary.

When you are shipping an item you purchased, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, unless it can be easily identified through a tracking number.

Cancellations & Refunds

All canceled or returned orders are subject to a 20% administration fee that is calculated from the total amount of your order, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Only items purchased at the regular price may be returned for a full refund, unfortunately, items purchased on sale, or through an active promotion cannot be returned. If you opt for financing of your purchase through Klarna or Shop Pay and proceed to cancel your order within 30 days, you will be responsible for reimbursement of any and all administration or other applicable fees paid by 3D Printers 2 U relating to your purchase. This applies to all cancellation and refund policies of 3D Printers 2 U.
